Instructions for Registration
- At least one of the authors has to register by paying the full registration fee in order to consider the paper for final publication.
- For a given author registering more than 2 papers, third paper onwards the registration fee will be less 50% per paper . For first two paper normal rates will applay.
- Banquet passes will be included in registration only for full authors. For student registration each pass will be available at the rate of 1200(Inr)
- In case a paper is registered under student category but the presenter is not a student, full registration fee has to be paid.
- In case an author misses the banquette, no refund claims will be entertained.
- The registration fee applies for up to 6 pages only. Any additional pages up to maximum of 8 pages will be charged at 1000(Inr) per page or 25 USD per page.
- For one registration only one author of the same category will be allowed.
- Transfer of registration is not allowed.
- Even after registration if the author fails to comply with IEEE CPS requirements or fails to submit the camera ready paper in scheduled time, the paper will not be published and ICETET will not be responsible for the same.
- Once a registration is done no refund is allowed.
