Ramtek
Ramtek is a small town, situated at a distance of approximately 42 km to the northeast of the Nagpur city of Maharashtra. It falls under the Nagpur district and is held in high regard by the Hindus. This is because this town is believed to be associated with Lord Rama. There is hill situated near Ramtek, known as the Ramgiri Hill. NAGARDHAN

TNagardhan is an old town and was formerly of considerable importance as it gave its name to the district. It was founded by a Suryawanshi King, but Mr. Hiralal supposes it to have been established by King named Nandvardhan belonging to the Shail Dynasty. CHIKHALDARA

Kanha National Park
Kanha National Park is a national park and a Tiger Reserve in the Mandla and Balaghat districts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
There is a large tiger population in the park (131 tigers as on June 2006). The park also has a significant population of leopards, the sloth bear and Indian wild dog (Cuon alpinus dukhunensis). The population of leopards is estimated to 80, the wild dogs to 396 and the sloth bears to 111 individuals. Rare Indian wolf (Canis (lupus) indica) can be found in the far east part of the park.

Sevagram Gandhiji’s Ashram
Sevagram, located near Nagpur (Maharashtra State), was Gandhiji’s headquarters and place for experiments from 1934 to 1940. He lived as the villagers lived i.e. without electricity and telephone and built the Ashram house himself with materials available locally.
The first hut built in the ashram was Adi Nivas around which was a prayer ground.
One can see Ba Kuti and Bapu Kuti, residences of Kasturba and Gandhiji respectively.
How to get there: Sevagram is 75 km from Nagpur station. Road transport to Sevagram is easily available from Nagpur Station. It is also connected with railway rout.
Best time to visit: October to March.
