Macintosh / Linux / UNIX user should bring their own Laptops and needed softwares.
If some special Windows XP based software is needed for demonstration like simulation, playing movie files etc. then the participant should bring their own laptops along with installed software.
The paper presenter should bring the PPT either in CD or in Pen Drive. They should keep all the Media, Executable, Picture files etc in one folder.

Kindly check your PowerPoint Presentation in Speaker Ready Room before presentation. The PCs in Presentation rooms and Speaker Ready rooms are identical.
The time allotted for each paper presentation will be 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question answer session).
Our technical staff will assist you in case of any difficulty. At the eleventh hour, if there is any problem with your presentation, you should have alternative arrangements.
