Call For Special Sessions
 

The ICETET-15 invites proposals for Special Sessions to be held during the conference. It intends to provide researchers in focused areas the opportunity to present and discuss their work, as well as to offer a forum for interaction among a broader community of researchers. A Special Session will consist of a group of papers in a sub-discipline of all aspects of Emerging Trends in Engineering & Technology. The papers will be required to meet the same standards as ICETET-15 papers and will be published in the conference proceedings and on IEEE Xplore

All the Special Session papers will be reviewed and managed like regular papers through Easy Chair conference management system.

The Special Session proposals can be sent to Special Session chair through generalchair15@icetet.org with the following information:

  • Title
  • Acronym
  • Short description
  • List of topics
  • Chair (or co-chairs)
  • Reviewers (to be invited)

On approval from organizing committee of the conference, the proposed Special Session organizer will be intimated by email. In Special Session/track have 10-12 papers and after acceptance minimum papers for registrations should not be less than 6. The Special Sessions are need to be on special topics and not to be on the topics which are already included in Regular Session (Refer CPF for regular session). All the reviews shall be submitted through the Easy Chair system. Each paper should obtain at least two reviews. The final decision as for the acceptance will be taken by the ICETET-15 Program Committee based on recommendations provided by Special Session organizers.
